Suggestion Title: Give Medics The Dodge Charger 2012
Suggestion Description: Allows EMS to respond to scenes faster than the Audi RS4 Avan and gives EMS more variety in general as they only have 3 vehicles where as PD has a lot more.

Advanced Paramedic should get the Audi RS4 Avant First Responder

Paramedic Practitioner should get the Dodge Charger 2012

The Dodge Charger should be a First Responder vehicle and because the Charger is already an emergency vehicle it has all the lights and coding done so it could be just as easy as editing some minor things like the skin and light colour etc.

Why should this be added?:
- Gives EMS more vehicles
- fast goes 90 MPH
- Police already have it so it could be easy implement
- More enjoyable for medic mains
- Allows EMS to respond to scenes faster

What negatives could this have?:
- Dev Time
- Less sense of progression maybe ?

If we had the dodge magnum that'd be a neat one as a medic car.

I've absolutely never seen a paramedic drive a dodge charger, only time in real life i did so was a task leader from the fire department or a paramedic supervisor.
Do agree though on the Mercedes would be a much better choice.
