Suggestion Title: Give Roadcrew hi-vis vest
Suggestion Description: Give Roadcrew hi-vis vest, which would work just like Traffic officers (RTU) you can equip or remove

Why should this be added?:
- Roadworkers work in road so they should get these vest so they would be more visible since the clothes are brown

What negatives could this have?:
- developer time

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Would make roadworkers more visible

I mean yes this would in a way be a good addition i feel as if it is not really needed.

Although yes you could have a different coloured Hi-Vis vest but with road traffic officer activity at the moment and them usually handling Collisions with their vests if they are handling those situations correctly you should be safe without the need to be noticed (being within a coned area to securely and safely hook the vehicle and drive off)

i personally think that roadcrew should not be needing a vest to handle situations where they may be at risk as it defeats one of the purposes of being an RTU.
