Suggestion Title: High Vis Vests for RC/FF
Suggestion Description: Give RC and Firefighters an equippable high vis vest (Similar to RTU), but make it orange so it's plainly visible that they are not police.
Why should this be added?:
- Safety of RC and FF when dealing with roadway incidents
- Maintains ability for RTU to be clearly visible and identifiable
What negatives could this have?:
- Cant think of any but I'll edit if someone can
What problem would this suggestion solve?: This has been accepted before about 5 years ago, but hasn't been implemented and was moved to denied, so I'm posting it again.
