Suggestion Title: Give TFICs in Light TFU Gear Long Sleeves
Suggestion Description: Give TFICs in light TFU gear long sleeves, similarly to Sergeants in Patrol gear

Why should this be added?:
- Allows officers to easily identify TFICs in light gear

What negatives could this have?:
- None

What problem would this suggestion solve?:
The lack of visual distinction between STFOs and TFICs in light gear. Being able to easily spot the difference between STFOs and TFICs in light gear is necessary to follow the TFU Rank Structure

Would be great if you could put the TFIC/STFO goggles on and off aswell

I’d probably say no honestly and instead suggest some other changes such as a TFIC text on the cap or something as I think it’s mainly to show they’re a supervisor that’s not in gear

When deciding to add long sleeves to patrol sergeants, part of the reason was that it somewhat reminded us of dress uniforms that higher-ranking officers wear in certain police departments. Since RTU already has an exclusive uniform feature, this was given to Patrol as a low-impact, easy-to-implement feature.

Uniforms for jobs like Police have variations that are, by definition, 100% status symbols. We don't want all ranks/divisions to look the same.
