Gmod crashes,help

My Gmod crashes when loading at maps/graphs/rp_paralake_city_v2.ain
Pc spec:
amd phenom ii x4 955 3.2ghz
r9 sapphire 270x
vengeance 4gb ddr3 1600mhz(and dont say its not enough for perp)
1tb 64mb

Did you try to start the map in single player first? Usually works for me, whenever the game crashes while joining the server.

Did you also attempt to
1) Remove all addons - And content?
2) Reinstall GMOD?
3) Redownload PERPHeads content pack from the forums, then join the server and wait it to install all addons?

Yep ,i was getting stuck at different spot (food mod or somefing like that ) i reinstalled game and perp content and still cant join server . One time i fixed it with writing -dxlevel 90 ,but it worked only one time.
