GMOD keeps tabbing out

Every 5 minutes or so, seems to be random intervals my game tabs out causing me to get upset.

I am running windows 11

The cause for the tab out is windows taskbar/explorer appearing to "refresh", you can accomplish the same thing my restarting Windows Explorer in Task manager

Whilst playing I usually have wallpaper engine, spotify, microsoft edge, and discord running. These applications dont seem to be affecting it.

Anyone got any ideas lol, £5 on paypal for whoever solves it

Problem has returned.

I think this is causing it according to that focus logger tool you used.

turn off indexing or just go back to windows 10, 11 is a fucking mess honestly

Windows 11 is shit, I've done all of the above, keep getting tabbed out of my game, just less than before. The focuslogger doesn't show anything beside gmod when i get tabbed out..

So basically all I have from this is the only fix is downgrading to Windows 10
