Suggestion Title: Government Computers/QOL
Suggestion Description: 1. So as a medic you sit around a lot in your ambulance waiting for calls and I spend a lot of time occasionally looking at my computer. I was thinking considering all government employees have life alert this would just be a handy thing to have all around.
Basically when looking at the employee tab you can see all the employees ranks, how many, and which channel they are on. So considering they all have life alert what is the harm in putting an big X over the portraits to the employees that are currently downed or at the least dead.

2. This could go way deeper too, adding timers as to when they are going to respawn as well but that seems like it would be a little too much possibly breeching NLR situations etc. Interested to what you guys think with and without the 2nd statement.

Why should this be added?:
- I think all units could check computers to get an accurate count on how many officers are alive for lets say a bank raid or bigger raid, If it's worth sending 1 officer in not knowing if others are alive for it or not.
- I know a handful of cops tend to turn the radios off because of how hectic the main radio can get so they wait for dispatch to ping them or assign them or something.
- This would make dispatches job much easier trying to reach people knowing they are dead and not on a muted radio or unsure if they are dead in the first place.

What negatives could this have?:
- I understand what most people are thinking is... Oh we shouldn't be able to tell exactly when officer are dead or if they're still dead etc. Could be tagged as "unrealistic" but if we have life alerts it tells us quickly when an officer is dead. Therefore this is just a cleaner record you can always look at any point telling you results, which could again ruin NLR situations but not really, considering everyone should be playing by the rules regardless.
- Knowing when officer will be alive for fresh unrelated scenarios might be a little too unrealistic.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Way less clutter talk over the radio.
Improved team communications because of it greatly.
Easier of a time for dispatch to know which units he has.

Useful Images: This is just a quick paint edit obviously it would take a lot longer getting an accurate timer etc but this is just an example
