Topic: Hat Tipper



Short explanation (in notes):
-Someone if they don't like you and you have a good aim you can shoot someone's hat of there head and this would work with police and civilians you can do it with hostages you make them sit down and you shoot at them

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
because it would be fun to add when people see you and they shoot your hat off only you can re pick it back up for example by pressing e on the hat if your hat is shot to many times you loose your hat and you have to buy a new one



Optional additions:
- Hat Repair kit where you can fix your hat if broken and you could craft a hat if you get all the stuff like cloth, fabric glue

As said above, this would not work with the source engine, and police wouldn't shoot at someone to get them to sit down. However, civilians with a valid reason could. But not police, hell no.

Denied - This isn't really necessary to be added, not really realistic for a modern roleplay server as well. Thanks for the suggestions though!
