Suggestion Title: Have impact and explosives at the firing range
Suggestion Description: Impact nades and explosives (remote and timed) allowed at the firing range for impact nades its just to add them because why not theres no difference besides fuse time.

However for explosives I believe we could allow for a storage box of some sort from personal or wherever to allow you to place props to see how they react and you can go in the front part of the firing range (barriers are removed) to place props and your explosives and detonate them from a safe distance.

Why should this be added?:
- more versatile firing range with more options
Educates players on their purpose and use especially because people dont know much specifically about explosives and impact nades leading to deaths and f6s.

For fun

What negatives could this have?:
- dev time
Duplicating

What problem would this suggestion solve?: More fun stuff at the range to do educates players on these items specifically due to the short fuse times causing players to accidentally kill themselves also for fun and to see how they work. For impacts however I feel just add them no need for extra barriers to place just add them like normal grenades.
 
There are legally justifiable reasons where a civilian can own and use a firearm, and transport them from one place to another. However it's always illegal to possess any form of explosives and incendiaries, and it's never legal for them to be used by a civilian as per 7.2. Where it's illegal to manufacture, possess, sell, or transport them, it should therefore also be difficult to practice and test them.

As such - just by going off of the Paralake Penal Code - adding the ability to use explosives and incendiaries at the shooting range makes no sense, and there would be a direct conflict with a law that I believe there to be no appetite to change.

Additionally from a realism standpoint, I don't think any indoor shooting range would allow you to use grenades, for safety reasons.

Well I thought of the legal side but do you know that the shooting range literally let's you use grenades right (mk2,m67,practice,flashbangs) so I dont think a impact nade will change much tbf

I'll always happily admit when I'm wrong - I genuinely had no idea that you could actually use grenades at the shooting range and was so surprised by this, I had to quickly go on the server and test it for myself.

I get the rationale therefore behind allowing impact grenades to be used, but I'm still not sure personally around how beneficial it would be to allow remote and timed explosives just based on how the shooting range is currently laid out.

I agree with Acer what do you even wanna do with a timed/remote explosive In the gun range ?
