Headglitch question.

So, I was on the server and me and @Synatec were raiding Hungriges Scwein. So, what happened was we got killed by a guy on the storage stairs, showing only his head. Is it headglitch, or its only headglitch if its with props?

If he/she can somehow see more of you than you can see of him from that location in an unrealistic way, I believe it would be classified as bug exploiting a headglitch within the map, however there is no way of proving that the user knew it was a bug, if there was, as if he only saw your head and you saw hid head, it would be fair, really.
