Suggestion Title: Heavy TFU ability to “choose armour plates”.
Suggestion Description: The idea here is an extension of @Collier’s suggestion on reducing the movement speed of TFU. This could be pitched for all officers too, but I’m focusing on TFU.

The general idea is, when playing as an armoured job, your armour plates should appear in your inventory wheel as if it is an item. This is:
- To show you what armour your character is wearing exactly.
- To ensure armour adds weight to your inventory (inventory weight affects stamina use).

The plan here is simple enough to explain, but would require an expansion of the police armoury, or alternatively a different method of changing this system.

The general benefits and downsides of each level of armour protection will come with will be explained below:

Kevlar plates:
- Should grant the TFU officer 50 armour.
- Should grant them 10 primary mags, 5 ammo boxes if using a non mag fed weapon, or 5 magazines if using the AWM. (How it currently is)
- Would grant them a 5% speed buff (current is 10% for all officers)
- Would grant them 2 flashbangs and 3 C2 (the current amount for heavy).

Ceramic plates:
- Should grant the officer 70 armour.
- Would bring their speed buff down to 1% instead of 10%
Another addition: TFU movement speed buff should in total be half of that of a regular officer in general (5% max instead of 10% max).
- Would give them 7 primary magazines, 4 ammo boxes if using a non magazine weapon, 3 AWM magazines, 1 flash-bang, and 3 C2 charges.

Mil-spec Steel plates:
- Would grant TFU 100 armour, the current standard.
- Would reduce their sprint speed to 5% slower than currently available, and remove their speed buff for all other modes of movement.
- Would remove the ability to use the AWM entirely.
- Would only grant 5 primary magazines or 2 ammo boxes for non magazine weapons.
- Would give 1 flashbang and 2 C2 charges.

The general idea of the suggestion is to:
- Add a pretty realistic weight management system to TFU.
- Ensure officers using heavy armour are doing so with drawbacks.
- Give people a more customisable game experience.

More notes:
- Losing armour level in combat won’t restore your player speed.
- When gearing up to heavy from the SWAT van, you should keep your current armour level, but gain the drawbacks and inventory size of ceramic plates.

Why should this be added?:
- Allow customisation of your inventory further to suit Playstyle
- Makes more sense than it currently does.
- No model work required, as you are customising armour plates, which are hidden.

What negatives could this have?:
- cop nerf
