Hekki is a great police officer and really good role player who is really nice and cool-headed in every situation I come across, I think he deserves a bit more credit in the community.
Promotions are not done via this forum. If Hekki is a great officer his section SGT will surely notice him. And recommend him for a promotion at one of the section Lieutenants.
