So today I decided to stay up and go on perp, basically to make some money and have some fun times as you do. Little did I know what was going to happen.
So at around 3am, After I got off duty and went to Regels. I got to Regels 2 were Bert Sanders and @Blackdown were basing at the time with around 6 sweaters. Ethan had just started to allow anyone inside the apartment and started helping them out, giving them the rundown on stuff they needed to know about guns, crafting and drugs/other ways to make money.
Ethan even provided materials, seeds, planters and money etc to these new players and made sure they knew what they were doing and that they would remember how to do this. He made sure they felt like they were making some progress on the server so that they would want to come back to the server.

After a while me and Ethan both showed some of them around the place, even Bringing one of them to Car Dealer to get him a brand new Mini Cooper! That Ethan paid for.
I made this post just to give the guy some sort of appreciation for doing this, especially late at night. These players would have probably left or just Minged around without some sort of insight into how the server runs, how to make money and how to craft which they learnt by Ethan. I definitely think Ethan should be promoted to Enforcer as not only will he have more tools to help people with (Not only new people but also deal with reports etc) but he can also deal with rule breakers late at night.
I would personally like to thank Ethan for helping out these newcomers and making sure they will return.
