Suggestion Title: Hold R to crank engine
Suggestion Description: When your engine is damaged enough that you can't start it first try, you would be able to hold R to continuously try to start your engine. Right now, you have to mash the hell out of your R key. This would just make it a tiny bit easier to start your damaged car, without taking the penalty away of driving a damaged car. THe gameplay limitation of delay would still be in place, without the need to break your R key.

Why should this be added?:
- Would be a QoL improvement for the server
-Less worn paint on people's R keys
What negatives could this have?:
- Less realistic? But I don't think most people would go "BUT YOU'LL FLOOD YOUR ENGINE"
-Could slightly speed up damaged engine start times
