Suggestion Description: Add the option to put home security when you goto buy the property

Why should this be added?:
- QOL
- Makes it easier

What negatives could this have?:
- Only thing I can think of is dev time

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Just making it faster and easier to put alarms on your property

You could say the same for the house security upgrade from the mayors policies, It is an option to add it from the menu but costs more
