How do you open your demo?

I am trying to view some of the demos i have but i dont have a file to open it. Are there any programs that i need to install to view my demos?

You cant play demos in an installed program, you just play them in Gmod.

All your recorded demos can be found at your Garry's Mod main menu. There you can select and play them in the game itself. If you want to play someone else's demo that you downloaded, you should put the demo file in the demo folder in your gmod folder and it will appear in the game.
