Its all really dependant on how long ago it has been since that event, normally the earlier it has been, the less value it holds, for example a 2016 doll would be of significant value, however a 2024 Chrismas doll, might not be worth as much. There is no real definitive price on them, its really up to the seller to demand whatever they believe is appropriate for that item.
They don’t really have a hard set price. Their value is basically whatever anyone is willing to pay.
That said, generally the value of most “rare” items is about $200k, depending on how old and what it actually is. I personally would not pay more than $200k for any of this years Halloween items, maybe even 100k
