How to become a SO? (Senior Officer)

I haven't played PD for a while and want to finally become a SO. (I've been playing on this server for over 1 year already and I'm still not a SO.
Pls explain how.

To become a Senior Officer you need to create an application on plpd.online . But make sure to have 2 good observation reports from CPL+ .

Apply on plpd.online

Make sure you have some good recent ORs

basically mate you just gotta get on your hands and knees and pray that one of the many higher ranked officers fancy taking a break from being shot in the head as rtfu to give you an observation report (very unlikely, but if you're beligerent enough maybe someone will eventually take pity on you)
