Rubber banding/Ping spiking/Scoreboard taking forever to load

The past 2 days on perp I have been getting unimaginable rubber banding every 2-5 seconds and it stops at random. The server even in the server list has become 180 for me when it used to be 112 even at max pop. Is the server pooping itself the past 2 days or is it just me. I've checked every possible internet issue packet loss etc. and everything is fine. I joined another gmod server and it's not happening it's just perp. Anyone else experiencing this? I also can barely understand anyone because the VOIP is so laggy I haven't been able to play cop because I literally cannot understand what people are saying.

I get shitty American ping aswell maybe it has something to do with console commands , ik you have a config maybe one of the commands are causing that to happen

I deleted my auto exec after this started happening to rule that out, it just started yesterday. It did not fix it.

It just fixed itself randomly after this, wtf is going on lol. It just comes and goes over and over

Fix: Re-install gmod and delete entire gmod folder, all 90% of my demos were 1kb large so prolly something corrupted in there.
