How to disable the "Q" menu of Gmod?

Hello people!
I just want to know how can i disable the "Q" (spawn menu) of gmod for other players.
Im making a game mode with other friends and i want to know how to disable that for other players and not for admins like PERP!

You go to there home and smash theyre q button.

Admin's can't use the spawn menu. Anyhow, not sure how to fix your problem. Good luck though.
