How to join the server without freezing at spawn.

This works for me everytime.

1. As soon as you press 'join server' push your windows button.
2. Browse the internet or something in about 5-6 minutes.
3. Click on garrys mod and you should be in.

I don't freeze anyway so I can't say if this makes a difference.
