Help when I tab out of GMOD

Hello all,

So today I felt like making going on GMOD, this is something that started happening to me just before I started my break from the server, whenever I tab out of the game my PC crashes no matter what, I have to fully shut down my PC and re-start it. I was planning on coming back in about 6 days, for me this is a big issue, anyone else ever experienced this or may know how to fix it.

Re-Install Garrys mod/ Get more RAM/ Re-Install CSS Content Or remove all your addons and install only the addons you need. I hope it helped, it fixed it for me.

Right click Garry's Mod > Properties > Launch options.
Add; "-noborder -windowed" to this field.
Whenever you tab out it should only put the game in the background as if it was your web browser instead of having to window the game each time you tab out of it when it's fullscreen.

This makes the game seem like it's fullscreen, but it's in reality windowed and without the gay borders you see on top of your web browser and on the sides, etc.
