I can't get in the server for some reason

So i decided to come back after a long break so i said why not play perp i tried to join in and it kept saying failed after 6 retries and i tried everything (google,restarted gmod,restarted pc,restarted internet,restarted the god damn house) nothing seemed to happen much i need your help Perp Community. Please?

Try to connect via the console and type: connect 151.80.47.13:27015

Open CMD as admin.
Type "ipconfig /flushdns" (without the "")
Try to join now.
If that doesn't work, do "ipconfig /release" and then "ipconfig /renew", might help. Also, directly connect to the server via the console with connect 151.80.47.13:27015 or connect perpheads.com
