Servers dont show up and can't join.

So right now I can't see any of the servers when I go onto gmod and I can't join any servers without getting a connection problem I have tried restarting the game a load of times, restarting steam but I still get the problem, I also tried to verify integrity of the game cache and nothing had helped.
Appreciate the help.

atleast you can start Garry's Mod after the update

Try to connect via the console? 'connect perpheads.com'. If not you could flush your DNS in cmd (ipconfig /flushdns) which sometimes helped me resolve a similar issue.
