I can't join any teamspeak channel

Hi I need some learning support basically whenever i try to join a teamspeak channel it just comes up with

so this isn't so good.

Now I can't talk to my cool friends over the internet

right the glitch has come back and I can't keep making new identities because thats effort and i have to get all my ranks back, etc.
