I Sent a ban appeal 3 days ago and still no response .....

I still don't know why I didn't have my ban appeal checked even after 3 days of waiting, I can see everyone else got at least a comment but not in my case.

You were banned by a Owner that has not been around since you posted your apology. If it does not get handled by him it will be handled by administration (at maximum you would have to wait until the next admin meeting)
