Not every game has to be like Tarkov. There is still fun to be had on the server once you've reached the end-game. This is a roleplay server - this isn't an MMORPG where the game ends as soon as you get your first multi-million dollar car.
You're the one responsible for your enjoyment, whether you do that by crafting items and selling them or creating your own organization that functions like a real life criminal syndicate.
A wipe would only ruin the server's passive roleplay for at least a couple months. Can you imagine how difficult it would be to own a single property at any point in time while on the server after a wipe? Even on v6? No one would be roleplaying at all... we'd all be crafting or powergrowing trying to get back to where we once were. At that point the server devolves into what other people and I don't want it to be - a basic MMORPG where all that matters is your XP and money. This is what killed Tarkov for me - the people who've played 50 wipes in the past are going to be endgame within the first two days of wipe. What's the point of even trying to get to their level when you're on one of the earliest quests and already start dying to high-penetration ammunition and full squads of endgame gear? That's what I fear will happen to this server if we get a wipe.
TL;DR don't wipe the server. It's a roleplay server first, RPG second. Find your own way to make it fun for you, or propose some systems and mechanics that would increase the activities for endgame players.

A trashcan in your vault where you can put shit you don't want/need anymore. Or a quicksell where you can sell items for maybe 50% or something of what you would have made if you did it at the NPC.
Just make sure there's a confirm button so you don't get rid of your good loot by accident.

My guy I clearly said "50% of what you would have made at the NPC"
The purpose of this is that you can save time. Instead of going to the NPC's you could do it at your vault. However, you would lose out money on it.

This isn’t rust, if you unironically think that deleting all the players hard earned inventories every so often will do anything to retain player retention then see first point (this isn’t rust).
Wipes only make sense in the context of a PVP survival game, which we are not. Resetting the inventories of players, including those who don’t play the game like some competitive e sport to ponder entirely to the PvPers would be a selfish step in the completely wrong direction, would jeopardise the businesses people have established over the years, and if wipes were regular, completely devalue any and all items and assets entirely from the game as everything would be temporary.
The way money is earned on the server doesn’t befall the same requirements as grinding for assets on survival games and overall a wipe would just fuck over all the players who earned their money through interaction with the players as encouraged by the Playstyle environment of the server.

Wipes also dont have to happen "Every so often," I think you can look at roleplay games who have wipes like a Prodigy RP Server that wipes every 1-3 years.
I see your perspective but this is not a suggestion where I thoroughly think over a change proposal, It's a discussion asking a fun question so I just answered the question casually.

You'd never bring any 'veteran' back since they only play every once in a while. If i lost everything on perp i'd never play again because i couldn't be fucking arsed to waste 2500 hours of my life again. I could pay off my mortage if i earned money in those hours. You'd only increase the disbalance because people who have the time and nolife powergrowing will gain an advantage much faster.
Honestly, 1.2 , Lets go back to the old days. I feel like everyone is becoming too much of a snowflake.
