Short explanation (in notes):
- Add the ability for the passanger of the vehicle to shoot out the window.

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
I think this feature should be added because of added realism. In real life, bank robbery suspects would probably lean out of their vehicle to take a few shots, hoping that they hit the pursuing law enforcers. In perpheads there is no chance of escape once you have been pulled over since as soon as you get RAMMED into the side of the highway the cops gunpoint you and scream: "GET OUT THE CAR AND ONION KNEES!" and then you cant run, or shoot. This would be really realsistic and as well as the wanted shooting the cops, the cops could shoot the wanted back. This would also be a better solution than running many people over in the pursuit of the vehicle.



Optional additions:
- Add no aiming when pointing gun out
- Only pistols can be shot out
- Lots of shaking when holding gun out

Already suggested and denied because you can shoot out of your car but people on the sidewalk or wherever you're shooting at, can't shoot you since it's Source and not Unreal Engine

Now, how in your wildest dreams do you tink they will be able to implement this? As Belg stated; ''This is Source, not Unreal.''
It would be practically impossible to implement this in an efficent and functioning way. Just tell me, how do you Think they're gonna go about this?
