But why would you use your real name? Roleplay is about portraying and developing a character you have made. If you use the name of a celebrity or even your own name, that is detrimental to roleplay because you begin focusing too much on portraying yourself and basically the distinction between IC and OOC is gone. But then again, GMOD RP is much lighter than for example in SAMP (not meant as offense, the two games are very different and SAMP has much more possibilities for roleplay, as well as it's popular due to the fact that GTA:SA is one of the most known games in the world), so maybe it's not even that big of a deal anyway.
