Suggestion Title: Increase dispatcher salary
Suggestion Description: Probationary dispatcher makes less than a base cop. I think the salary should be a little higher (or at least equal) for the reasons below.
Why should this be added?:
- No one plays dispatcher
- Higher salary adds more incentive to apply for/become dispatcher
- Job is extremely tedious so it would be nice if there was some sort of motivation
What negatives could this have?:
