Suggestion Title: Increase fog density when headlights are off
Suggestion Description: When headlights are off, the world is foggier to the driver (only at night). This means that they can only see things show up closer than normal, which could cause them to get into an accident because they don't have enough time to react. Not enough people use headlights at night. This suggestion would give people a reason to do so, and would help them to avoid potential tickets or collisions.
Why should this be added?:
- incentivizes the use of headlights
What negatives could this have?:
- when trying to be sneaky while driving your visibility may be impaired
What problem would this suggestion solve?: People not using headlights at night
