Server Suggestion Increase the afk timer for Mayor

Description of the idea: Increasing the AFK check timer by 5 minutes for Mayor job

Why should this be added? (pros): Not getting demoted from the job instantly in 5 minutes

What negatives could this have? (cons): AFK timer triggering 5 minutes later?

*Other additions: I think it would be better to increase it due to the fact you don't have to do anything once you've set the taxes etc. as the mayor. So five minutes of AFK does not really mean anything for a mayor, I literally alt-tabbed for 5 minutes today when I tabbed back in I was demoted. Quite annoying to get demoted in just 5 minutes for a job that you have to wait 15+ minutes to get into.

I'd support this idea in general, but I think the whole layout of being the mayor is setup to fail overall, I made a suggestion about adding a rank structure for the mayor and granting him different perks and pay for various ranks you can climb to, I feel that would be a better solution than increasing the AFK timer, as it actively engages people to play as the mayor.
