Server Suggestion Increase XP gain for roadcrew

Suggestion Title: Increase XP gain for roadcrew
Suggestion Description: Increase the XP gain for all RC activities. I’ve been playing RC for quite some time and barely see the XP bar move. Today was quite busy on RC and it took me 1,5hour to gain at most 2%

Why should this be added?:
- make RC XP more similar to other XP based jobs.

What negatives could this have?:
- 

What problem would this suggestion solve?: RC XP gain is way lower compared to other XP based jobs, outbalanced

This is why i dont bother doing rc at all. At high repair skill lvl. You barely get any progress done even if you did rc for hours. Needs to be increased.

Can confirm, RC XP is atrocious.
Took a total of 20 hours of RC to go from 0-100% on first rank, after switching to Influence 5 at 29%, which had taken 9 hours to reach at influence 0
Now at the next rank, I think I've been making a solid 1% an hour with influence 5, mostly given up on even trying to level it anymore.
