Okay instead of asking in ooc and getting answers like "Open your eyes" i'll ask on here.
Just got back from spain to realise a big part of my content is fucked up, here's some pictures:

Put "-dxlevel 90" in your launch options of your Garry's Mod, should work.

Put mat_dxlevel 90 in console.
