About us:
J & Co. was founded by a young woman with a simple but ambitious vision: to build a structured, professional community based on teamwork, discipline, and long-term growth. What began as a small idea grew through persistence, belief, and a strong commitment to building something meaningful, even when faced with doubt.
Through dedication and consistency, J & Co. rose to Top 3 on the Perpheads leaderboard within Garry's Mod, marking a significant milestone in its journey.
Originally established as J & J Co., the organisation later underwent a defining change. After a betrayal by her partner, she was left to rebuild everything on her own. Rather than allowing this to end the journey, it became the reason for a reset aiming for a stronger structure, clearer values, and a more focused direction.
Today, the organisation continues under the name J & Co., representing that transformation and independence.
Now, J & Co. is entering a new chapter.
