Why Should This Player Be Punished: Ran through a red light and was speeding, I wanted to arrest him and he failed to comply with me before running into Projexs where his mates were. I catch up to him again and try to arrest him, small chase, gets spiked, ignores GP from officers and calls his friends to KOS cops. This all started from a Reckless Driving charge which is 3.5K Ticket and 3 Years in Jail.

Where was Jak not following gunpoint?

We arrived on scene to what looked like a shootout, Travis started shooting before Jak could react to say to wait. It was just a big misunderstanding, speaking to Jak he is truly sorry for causing any hassle. We were never called to KOS however.

This started over a red light run and speeding that you did not want to stop and when I said I was arresting you ran off into Projexs.
