Description of the idea:
The ability to sell rings, watches, etc. To the bank foreman for 50% money back on what you paid for it.

As it stands, if you no longer want to wear watches, rings, etc. You have to essentially ditch them.

Often times, banks, pawnbrokers, etc. Will happily buy jewellery off of you to melt it down for ingots, coins, leaf, or scrap for making electronics with.

The jewels attached to rings are often sold to jewellers to make more jewellery with.

In real life, criminals invest in jewellery not just as a status symbol, but also in the event of them being arrested for their laundering and black market sales, their cash would be forfeited. They cannot however seize jewellery as they have no evidence that it correlates with the crime they were caught for (unless it was jewellery thieving or something) so when they get out of jail, they can immediately get back on their feet by selling the jewellery.

Why should this be added? (pros):
- Makes sense
- Money back for jewellery

What negatives could this have? (cons):
May be hard to implement
