keep disconnecting

HELP Ive been getting disconnected like this https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/lzyW8sf7jub4LXWb8?invite=cr-MSw0QVMsMjIyNjEwMzE5&v=8 I can still hear people but sometimes I can also get the auto disconnect thing with no warning, this has happened across 2 different pcs and 2 different houses I have no idea what could be the issue other than maybe the router is rate limiting the server because all other websites are working just fine, I am on ethernet and this is very annoying please help I'll be happy to answer any questions

Do you have any free disk space i aldo disconnected and it was because i only had 2 gb left on my disk

I have 40gb of disk space but bigger ssd is coming soon, doubt its the issue tho
