Keep f*cking crashing

Hi guys,

As you can tell I keep crashing....

It’s normally when I’m sat in bazzar crafting or in my base growing the good stuff, my screen freezes and then screen goes black and I have to restart my pc to do anything...

It’s very annoying and was wondering if anyone has some suggestions on how to fix!

try unsubscribing to all addons, and reinstall the game.

Worked for me.. had to uninstall everything and download only the contentpacks

Done this. Only addons I have are CSS content and perp content packs

64bit OS (I’m using chromium x64 gmod)

@[SF]Benny It's probably the x64 gmod version. It's known to crash and not fully supported yet.

I once started to crash once i joined the server.

I unsubcribed to all my addons then i also ran menu_cleanupmap or whatever the commadn was it was shown to me once you unsub all addons and run gmod.

then i looked in my addons folder and deleted those files too. After all that i subbed back to the perp workshop then started gmod ofc i run 64x bit aswell and it was fine.
i even have slighty more FPS then in 32x bit

@[SF]Benny the normal gmod version, if you want TV's and the in-game rules to work switch to the normal chromium version.

If you crash when joining/in server

I have had this problem before so anyone who needs this i hope this helps Open steam > Right click gmod > Properties > Local files > Browse local files > Garrysmod > Addons > Delete all files apart from the Half life ones > Load back up GMOD and let Perp run, it will install all files needed...

due to what you have told me and what you have done, can you tell me what components are in your pc and how old they are?
