Hello, officer Shay Shnider broke the law 9.2 he gave me 10 years jail and a 9250 ticket and the max is 8 years jail and 7000 ticket by the law 9.2. so he broke that rule very hard.

Though that I agree that rules have been broken, I think this would be better dealt with by making a Police Complaint.
