- It makes sense for government employees to be prepared for medical emergencies, and since you're a government employee, this is provided for you in exchange for your service to the city as the Mayor.

What negatives could this have?:
- The negatives to this suggestion are nearly negligible. The mayor's survivability increases which makes it harder to assassinate him, perhaps.
