Topic: Car Licence plates



Short explanation (in notes):
-Each car displays a set of numbers and letters with the owners name in brackets
-E.G AZ3L 3DS (Mr. Example)


Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
-I think it should become added for more realism and an easier way to identify a car, you would be suprised but not everyone knows every make of car on the server and the first thing someone would do about reporting a stolen vehicle? Licence plate.



Optional additions:
-Maybe making it so only the owner can see their name to prevent meta game, but everyone can see his licence plate.
-Maybe adding an item to cover the plate which would be illegal to prevent getting caught while driving away.
-Any other suggestions ill take on board.

We need something like license plates though. there have been too many times where there has been the same car with the same paint job on the map and its hard to do anything because the driver ALWAYS says "how do you know it was me??? there is another car like mine driving around.."(and obviously you cant state the fact that it says their name above the car due to metagaming)
