Topic: Lieutenant should have the ability to use the broadcast function

Short explanation (in notes):
-There is a serious incident which needs a police emergency broadcast.
-The Lieutenant broadcasts the message to everyone in Paralake.

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
When there is a serious incident or a public announcement I have to use /advert when it would be more realistic to broadcast it.
Edit: Using /advert people can impersonate the police by sticking [PLPD] tags but if the LT could use the broadcast system then it could be verified as a real announcement.

Optional additions:
-Sergeant could have the ability to broadcast too.

I believe this has been suggested before, and really I dont see any need for this when you have the /advert function... Sure you have to pay but you would make more money in two minutes so I dont see the point really...

I believe the point of this is that there is a way for the Lt to bring out announcements that can be verified as real, as right now anyone can just use the [POLICE] or [BROADCAST] tags in /adverts and claim they are cops, and no one would know if it were real or not.

For this reason this gets my +support.

The issue is availability only to the mayor one person expanding it to the Lieutenant or the Sergeants. Broadcast stands out alot more than adverts and you actually know that it is legit.

I know something similar was suggested before for police
But the LT Has his own command eg

[PLPD] The city garage has been closed due to a shootout please don't enter

Maybe /police (Message)
