Server Suggestion Lock Image Frames

Suggestion Title: Lock Image Frames
Suggestion Description: The ability to lock which image is in place in an Image Frame & other Image furniture

Why should this be added?:
- Stop people who own casinos from missing the money by opening the image frame menu
- QoL 

What negatives could this have?:
- May accidentally lock, easily resolved via an unlock feature

i agree, good suggestion, it's annoying to deal with but it's an easy fix, it shouldn't be too hard to make it a hotkey like SHIFT + E or something like that

I implemented this in the following manner:

Button at the top right allows you to lock the image in place. Then, in oder to access the menu you'll have to press SHIFT+E otherwise the menu will not appear
