Description of the idea:
Make it so you don’t lose items dying to a sea monster. Honestly i don’t know what the point even is keeping it around. It was all fun and games til someone had the marvellous idea of making the sea monster actually kill you, forcing you to stare at a 5 minute black screen and losing any equipped items you may have.
There are times where you should be perfectly capable of having to swim with a firearm on you, such as in the event of a tactical approach to projex is needed, or you need to flee cops. The rules say this game is supposed to be realistic to an enjoyable extent, even so, being eaten by a half life 2 alien really shouldn’t be a risk you’d have to consider when taking 3 steps into the ocean.
Worst thing is I only seem to die to the sea monster at times where I actually Need to swim.
Why should this be added? (pros):
Literally fuck the sea monster.
Quality Of life.
We wont Lose shit to the sea monster Anymore
What negatives could this have? (cons):
LITERALLY NONE AT ALL
