Description of the Bug: Dispatch cannot answer 911 while sitting down

How to reproduce the Bug: 1. Be dispatch
2. Sit down at dispatcher table, UI opens
3. Get 911 call incoming, answer it
4. Cannot press PTT key to talk through the phone
5. Means that you need to stand up away from your dispatch station to talk

Errors: N/A

Doesn’t the dispatch menu overlap the phone UI too? Maybe integrate phone calls with it if that isn’t possible.
