Description of the Bug: Duping items during server restart
How to reproduce the Bug: The way it happened is that I was drying coke and in the 30 seconds before restart I collected the dried coke, put it in storage and after restart, the coke was ready on the chem table again, so now I have 2 extra pyrex dishes and extra coke.
