Description of the Bug: Fires don't spawn randomly when on duty as firefighter
How to reproduce the Bug: I've been on duty as firefighter for about 2+ hours and none have spawned automatically.
Either they don't spawn at all or they're very very rare to occur. I've tested this by going in no clip after a while to see if any have been made.
