Description of the Bug: Guns on the floor still impact your aim

How to reproduce the Bug: Walk on a gun that is currently on the floor, you will be unable to ADS to due being flung around through the air. This may also be caused by equipment like zip-ties or bobby pin that are dropped upon death.

I had forgotten this was an issue when I coded the change earlier this month, so I didn't test this scenario. From reading the code there should be a way to fix this, but it will be a few days before I have time.
