Lua Bug Report (I can't connect to the server)

Type of Bug: Lua

Description of the Bug: I can't connect to the server

How to reproduce the Bug: I dont know if its Lua but I can't connect to the server and I can connect to other servers.
I tried to Verify the files and restart PC and I tried to reinstall the game and I still can't join to perpheads only.
Someone can help me with it please?
(As you can see in the video I can join other servers but not perp heads)

Errors: It says: "Connection failedafter 6 retries."

Restart your router.

Unplug and replug your Ethernet if you’re using that.

Restart PC.

Reinstall Gmod.

Restart Steam.

If you do all of those something will probably work.
